Shipping Policy

 

We deliver within the United Kingdom and we offer free delivery on orders over £40. For customers outside of the U.K. you can shop our products through our Etsy shop, https://foxsquirrelcreations.etsy.com.

We aim to process your order within 3-5 business days and we will contact you if there is an unexpected delays with processing and packaging your order. 

 

We ship your orders through Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service and there is an option to upgrade to 1st class at the checkout. The signed for service allows us to track and monitor the parcels and we can see when they have been delivered and signed for. 

 

 When your order is dispatched we will issue you with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

We offer local pickup, if you're local to Paignton, Devon, U.K. then you can choose the option to pick up your order from our home studio. Our business opening times are Monday - Friday 10:00 - 14:00, if you need to pickup outside of these times please contact us to make arrangements. It will take us between 1-2 business days to prepare your order, please wait for a notification email before coming to pick up your order.

Returns Policy

Please contact us, in the first instant, to discuss the issues with your order. You can contact us through the contact form on the website or via email info@foxandsquirrelcreations.co.uk. Please state your order number and details about the product you would like to return. 

 

You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. All skeins of yarn must be intact and not caked or wound into a ball, they need to be of sellable condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such as incorrect item or defective item.

We will issue a refund, once we have received and inspected the products, and you should expect to receive the funds within 14 days of the item arriving back with us. This allows us to process the refund and time taken for your bank to process the payment.
